The wall stays yours. The art belongs to everyone.
Nel centro storico ci sono case abbandonate e dimenticate, con muri che da anni non dicono più niente. “Si rende noto” vuole cominciare da lì: dove c’è silenzio, un manifesto d’artista che cambia a ogni stagione. Una casa non rinasce con un manifesto, ma la strada davanti cambia faccia, e chi passa torna a guardarla.
The old town has abandoned and forgotten houses, with walls that have said nothing for years. “Si rende noto” wants to start there: where there is silence, a poster by an artist that changes every season. A poster does not bring a house back to life, but the street in front of it changes its face, and people start looking at it again.

che il tuo muro può ospitare le opere della call. Permessi, stampa e affissione sono a carico nostro.
Notice to wall owners
Whereas your wall has faced the street for years without saying a word;
whereas half of Manduria walks past it twice a day;
whereas art belongs where people pass;
notice is hereby given
that your wall can host the works of the call. Permits, printing and posting are on us.
Tu metti il muro, al resto pensiamo noi
You bring the wall, we do the rest
- Sopralluogo e misure.
- Permessi con il Comune, e con la Soprintendenza quando serve.
- Stampa e affissione a ogni stagione, a spese nostre.
- Sui muri vecchi e scrostati la carta si incolla direttamente sul muro, come si è sempre fatto. Dove serve una lamiera, la realizziamo con un contributo del Comune o di uno sponsor.
- A fine accordo togliamo la lamiera, se c’è. Dove la carta è incollata sul muro, resta com’è: l’arte invecchia e si trasforma con la facciata della casa, come è sempre successo ai manifesti.
- Site visit and measurements.
- Permits from the Comune, and from the heritage authority when needed.
- Printing and posting every season, at our expense.
- On old, weathered walls the paper is pasted straight onto the wall, as it always was. Where a board is needed, we fund it with a contribution from the Comune or a sponsor.
- When the agreement ends, we take down the board, if there is one. Where the paper is pasted onto the wall, it stays as it is: the art ages and changes with the facade of the house, as posters always have.
In cambio il tuo muro entra nella mappa del percorso e, se vuoi, il tuo nome tra i sostenitori del progetto.
In return your wall joins the map of the route and, if you wish, your name joins the project’s supporters.
Cosa si affigge
What goes up
- Solo opere d’artista scelte dal comitato di selezione con la call.
- Due manifesti di 140 × 100 cm per lamiera, cambiati a ogni stagione.
- Carta per affissioni e colla da parati, che si toglie con l’acqua: direttamente sui muri vecchi, oppure su una lamiera montata su distanziali dove il muro va protetto.
- Su ogni opera il nome dell’artista, quello del progetto e un codice QR.
- Only artworks chosen by the selection committee through the call.
- Two 140 × 100 cm posters per board, changed every season.
- Poster paper and wallpaper glue, which comes off with water: straight onto old walls, or onto a board on spacers where the wall needs protecting.
- On every work, the artist’s name, the project’s name and a QR code.

What never goes up
- Pubblicità e marchi.
- Propaganda o polemica politica, partitica o religiosa, anche con bandiere o simboli.
- Contenuti offensivi o discriminatori.
- Scritte o vernice sul muro: solo carta incollata, che si può togliere.
- Opere che non hai visto: te le mostriamo prima dell’affissione. Da confermare.
- Advertising and brands.
- Political, party or religious propaganda or polemic, flags and symbols included.
- Offensive or discriminatory content.
- Writing or paint on the wall: only pasted paper, which can be removed.
- Works you have not seen: we show them to you before posting. To be confirmed.
Che muro cerchiamo
The wall we are looking for
- Visibile da una strada o da una piazza di Manduria, meglio se nel centro storico o sul percorso.
- Uno spazio libero di circa 1,6 metri di larghezza per 2,2 di altezza, senza porte né finestre in mezzo.
- Vanno benissimo anche muri vecchi, scrostati o di case disabitate: lì il manifesto si incolla direttamente e il muro torna a parlare.
- Tuo, oppure con il via libera di chi ne ha titolo: il proprietario se sei in affitto, l’assemblea se è in condominio.
- Accordo di un anno, rinnovabile. I muri entrano nel percorso dall’Avviso n. 01, estate 2027.
- Visible from a street or square in Manduria, ideally in the old town or along the route.
- A clear area about 1.6 metres wide and 2.2 metres high, with no doors or windows in the way.
- Old, weathered walls and walls of empty houses are perfect: there the poster goes straight on the wall and the wall speaks again.
- Yours, or with the go-ahead of whoever has the right: the owner if you rent, the residents’ meeting if it is a condominium.
- An agreement of one year, renewable. Walls join the route from Notice no. 01, summer 2027.
