I tuoi dati

Cosa raccogliamo, perché, per quanto tempo, e chi altro li vede.

In breve.

Per qualunque domanda sui tuoi dati scrivi a segreteria@sirendenoto.it. PEC: pec@pec.manduriashire.it.

  • Fastmail Pty Ltd (Australia): gestisce la casella segreteria@sirendenoto.it.

I tuoi diritti

Scrivi a segreteria@sirendenoto.it: rispondiamo entro trenta giorni.

Privacy

Your data

What we collect, why, for how long, and who else sees it.

In short. “Si rende noto” asks for personal data only when you apply, subscribe to our notices, join with your business, offer a wall or write to us. We use it for that. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone for other purposes.

Last updated 7 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Manduriashire Srl, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II 20, 74024 Manduria (TA), Italy, VAT 03328470731, promoter of “Si rende noto” and data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679. For any question about your data write to segreteria@sirendenoto.it. Certified email (PEC): pec@pec.manduriashire.it.

If you apply to the call

  • What: full name, the name to use in public, email, phone if you give it, city and country, website, Instagram or online portfolio, title and description of the work, use of artificial intelligence, and the PDF portfolio and sketch if you attach them. The form also records the date and time of submission.
  • Why: to assess your application and, if your work is selected, to print it, post it, publish it in the project archive and tell its story, as set out in the rules you accept by applying. The legal basis is the performance of that agreement (Art. 6.1.b of the Regulation).
  • What becomes public: for selected works only, the name to use in public, the city, the title and the image of the work, on this site, on social media, in the press and on the poster itself (Articles 10 and 11 of the rules). Legal name, email and phone stay private.
  • Who sees it: the secretariat and the selection committee named in Article 7 of the rules. Proposals that are not selected, descriptions and sketches alike, stay confidential and are not used for anything else.
  • Required fields: those marked in the form. Without them we cannot assess the application.
  • Age: the call is open only to people aged 18 or over on the date of submission (Article 2 of the rules). If an application comes from a minor we exclude it and delete the data.
  • How long: applications that are not selected are deleted within six months of the results being published. For selected works we keep the data for the duration of the reproduction rights in Article 10; public name, title and image stay in the project’s historical archive.

If you ask to receive our notices

  • What: your email, your name if you give it, the language of the page you subscribe from and, if you subscribe from the application form, the fact that you applied.
  • Why: to write to you when there is a notice: the call opening, the selected works, the vote on the next theme. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a), which you give with the box in the form and confirm with the link we email you.
  • How to stop: with the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to the secretariat. We remove you straight away and do not ask why.
  • How long: until you unsubscribe.
  • The notices are for people aged 14 and over.

If you join with your business

  • What: business name, contact person’s full name, email, phone if you give it, address, type of business and your notes if you write them. The form also records the date and time of sending.
  • Why: to arrange the display of the copies of the works, deliver them every season and mark the business on the route map. The legal basis is your request to take part (pre-contractual steps, art. 6.1.b of the Regulation).
  • What becomes public: the business name and address on the route map and, when we mention it, on social media. The contact person’s name, email and phone stay private.
  • How long: as long as the business takes part; if it stops, or the sign-up does not go ahead, we delete the data within 12 months, unless the law requires otherwise.

If you offer a wall

  • What: full name, email, phone if you give it, the address of the wall, your right to it, and the description and photos if you send them. The form also records the date and time of sending.
  • Why: to assess the wall, arrange a site visit, apply for permits and prepare the posting agreement. The legal basis is your request to take part (pre-contractual steps, art. 6.1.b of the Regulation).
  • Who sees it: the project’s office and production team; for permits, the Comune di Manduria and, when needed, the heritage authority, with only the data the application requires.
  • What becomes public: only if the wall joins the route, its address on the map; your name among the supporters only if you ask.
  • Photos: photograph the wall, not people. If faces or number plates appear, we do not use them.
  • How long: if the wall does not join the route, we delete the data within 12 months; if it does, we keep it for the length of the agreement and then as long as the law requires.

If you write to us

We use your address and what you write to answer you. We keep the correspondence for 24 months after the last exchange, unless it is needed longer to manage an application or for a legal obligation.

The same applies to messages on Instagram and Facebook (@sirendenoto). On both platforms, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited processes data as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy.

If we wrote to you

To make the call known we write, one by one, to academies, art and design schools, associations, journalists and editors. We use professional names, roles, organisations and email addresses taken from public sources: the websites of those organisations and publications. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in making a free call known to people who work in the field (Art. 6.1.f).

We do not use this data for anything else and we do not pass it on. If you would rather not hear from us, just reply “no, thank you”: we remove you straight away and keep the address only on a suppression list, so that we do not write again. Without a removal request we keep these contacts for no longer than 24 months.

Who else processes data for us

  • Netlify, Inc. (United States): hosts the site and receives the forms. It keeps ordinary technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested) for security and operation.
  • Fastmail Pty Ltd (Australia): runs the segreteria@sirendenoto.it mailbox.
  • Intuit Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, United States): sends the notices to subscribers.
  • Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics for visit statistics, if you accept them; Google Ads for advertising, only if you accept all. Details are on the Cookies page.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited: the Meta pixel, only if you accept all, to measure campaigns and show adverts on Facebook and Instagram.

Only with your consent in the cookie banner, data about visits to this site is also collected in a Google Analytics property of Manduriashire Srl shared with manduriashire.it and 15dolcevita.club, and used for statistics and, if you accept all, for advertising on Google and Meta. The data controller remains Manduriashire Srl. Google and Meta also use advertising data under their own privacy policies.

Each acts as a processor under its own data protection terms. Some process data outside the European Union: transfers rely on the safeguards of the Regulation, namely the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for US companies that adhere to it and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. Write to segreteria@sirendenoto.it: we answer within thirty days. You can also complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

If we change anything on this page we will say so here, with the date.
